How it works
Staff submits request → Management/Purchasing reviews → request is Approved / Rejected → purchase can be created from the approved request.

Staff must create a V4 account first. Then Admin assigns the role using the same email.
V3 Backup Migration
Migration uses snapshot mode: current V3 stock becomes opening stock in V4. Historical purchase/production/transaction records are retained without deducting stock a second time.
